myPeer BRAND POLICY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY GUIDELINES
Effective Date: July 20, 2026 Status: PROPRIETARY & CONFIDENTIAL - FOR LEGAL & BRAND REVIEW Proprietary Owner: CoverPrime Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company")
PREAMBLE
This Brand Policy and Intellectual Property Guideline (the "Policy") establishes the legally binding framework governing the permissible use, reproduction, and display of the proprietary brand assets associated with "myPeer". This Policy applies globally to all medical practitioners, media organizations, corporate partners, vendors, and third-party entities (collectively referred to as "Users"). A User’s access to, downloading of, or utilization of any myPeer Brand Asset (as defined herein) constitutes immediate, irrevocable acceptance of, and compliance with, the terms and conditions set forth below.
ARTICLE I: NOMENCLATURE AND TRADEMARK CASING
Section 1.01. Standard Casing Specifications. The core corporate trademark must uniformly be written as a single, indivisible word: myPeer (utilizing a lowercase "my" prefix and an uppercase "P" root). Section 1.02. Prohibited Variations. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing unapproved typographical permutations, including but not limited to: "MyPeer", "My Peer", "mypeer", or "MYPEER". The lowercase iteration ("mypeer") is permitted exclusively within the context of the official uniform resource locator (URL): mypeer.in. Section 1.03. Syntactical Continuity. In all running textual material, the precise camel-case spelling of myPeer must be maintained without exception, including instances where the trademark serves as the initial word of a sentence.
ARTICLE II: LOGO ARCHITECTURE AND STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
Section 2.01. Composition. The official corporate logo comprises the proprietary two-peers mark (the graphic symbol) arranged in a fixed lockup with the stylized logotype. Section 2.02. Structural Restrictions. Users shall adhere to the following strict graphic constraints:
- Asset Authentication: Users must source all logo components exclusively from official digital files supplied by the Company’s brand team. Reverse-engineering, tracing, redrawing, or manual typographic re-setting of the logo is strictly prohibited.
- Dimensional and Visual Distortion: Users shall not stretch, warp, rotate, recolor, outline, or apply unauthorized visual effects (including but not limited to drop shadows, glows, or unapproved gradients) to the logo assets. The logo may only be paired with the official blue-to-navy gradient where explicitly authorized.
- Chromatic Contrast: The logo must not be placed on clashing or low-contrast backgrounds that compromise legibility.
- Lockup Separation: The two-peers mark and the logotype must never be separated, rearranged, or modified to create unapproved composite graphics.
- Unauthorized Co-Branding: The myPeer logo shall not be combined, merged, or displayed in immediate conjunction with any third-party corporate mark absent an express, executed written partner agreement executed by the Company.
- Spatial Formatting: The logo must be bordered by a defined zone of clear space to ensure visual isolation and brand prominence. The logo must never be minimized to function as the smallest visual element in any layout or composition. [Note: Specific clear-space and minimum-dimension variables are reserved for final technical addendum by the Brand Team].
ARTICLE III: CHROMATIC SPECIFICATIONS AND SEMANTIC INTEGRITY
Section 3.01. Core Palette Layout. The color assets of the myPeer brand are restricted to the precise hexadecimal coordinates defined below:
- Primary Brand Color (Bright Blue): #1257EA
- Primary Dark Neutral (Deep Navy): #042460 (Authorized exclusively for dark neutral backgrounds and as the secondary anchor within the official blue-to-navy gradient lockup)
- Textual Neutral (Ink): #16243D (Must be deployed for standard body text and copy; the use of pure black #000000 is strictly forbidden) Section 3.02. Reserved Semantic Palette. Specific color assignments are legally reserved for functional platform mechanisms and user-interface indicators. Decorative or arbitrary deployment of these colors by Users is strictly prohibited to prevent user confusion:
- Success Green (#0B7A73): Reserved exclusively for verified account status indicators and validated platform states.
- Emergency Red (#C2452D): Reserved exclusively for system errors, safety warnings, and emergency medical alerts.
- Founding Gold (#876C2E): Reserved exclusively for the designation of Founding Members as set forth in Article VI herein.
ARTICLE IV: TYPOGRAPHIC STANDARDS
Section 4.01. Font Selection Matrix. Brand communications must utilize the following proprietary typefaces exclusively:
- Plus Jakarta Sans: Mandated for all primary display text, headings, and titles.
- Inter: Mandated for standard body text and comprehensive prose layouts.
- Space Mono: Mandated for technical labels, metadata, system codes, and small programmatic readouts. Section 4.02. Font Substitutions. The substitution of look-alike or open-source fallback typefaces is forbidden in official partner or corporate materials. [Note: A defined fallback font stack for unlicensed external partners is pending technical review by the Brand Team].
ARTICLE V: PLATFORM INTEGRITY: THE VERIFIED BADGE AND WATERMARKS
Section 5.01. The VERIFIED Badge Limitations. The VERIFIED badge serves as an official certification that the underlying practitioner's active medical registration credentials have been successfully authenticated against their registered account profile.
- Anti-Counterfeiting: The VERIFIED badge remains the exclusive intellectual property of myPeer. It shall not be forged, altered, duplicated, or digitally superimposed onto unverified user profiles by any individual or entity, in any medium-including marketing mockups, live environments, print collateral, or static digital images.
Section 5.02. Prototyping Constraints. All design compositions, product demonstrations, and pre-production mockups must exclusively utilize demonstrably fictitious provider identities, or be prominently labeled with a clear, unambiguous mockup watermark.
ARTICLE VI: FOUNDING MEMBERS PROVISIONS
Section 6.01. Eligibility and Cap. The "Founding Member" designation and its assigned serial numbers are restricted strictly to the first 500 verified medical practitioners successfully onboarded to the platform. Section 6.02. Non-Transferability and Exclusivity. Founding Member status is earned purely through sequence of validation. It can never be purchased, sold, traded, assigned, or re-issued to alternative entities. Section 6.03. Chromatic Exclusivity. The proprietary Gold treatment (#876C2E) is legally reserved for official Founding Member assets. No promotional, marketing, or external copy may state or imply that Founding Member status is commercialized, purchasable, or remains open for acquisition once the historical 500-member cap has been reached.
ARTICLE VII: PROVIDER COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING
Section 7.01. Permitted Disclosures. Verified medical practitioners are granted a limited, revocable license to utilize the phrase "Verified on myPeer" and to publicly display their authentic profile card, QR code, and official myPeer profile URL across digital and physical promotional channels. Section 7.02. Endorsement Restrictions. Practitioners are strictly prohibited from utilizing myPeer brand assets to imply that the Company endorses, validates, or guarantees their specific clinical services, medical acumen, or professional diagnoses. The myPeer brand must not be utilized in any manner that suggests the practitioner’s private clinic or practice is an owned subsidiary, joint venture, or corporate affiliate of the Company.
ARTICLE VIII: EDITORIAL AND PARTNER COMPLIANCE
Section 8.01. Editorial Fair Use. Members of the press are granted permission to utilize the unmodified myPeer name and logo strictly for legitimate, non-commercial editorial reporting and news commentary. Section 8.02. Commercial Authorization. Any usage extending beyond narrow editorial reporting including co-branded marketing campaigns, product integrations, corporate merchandise, or the inclusion of platform screenshots in third-party software applications-requires the execution of an explicit written licensing agreement. Inquiries must be routed to: [BRAND/PRESS CONTACT EMAIL]. Section 8.03. Corporate Parentage Attribution. In all corporate profiles, regulatory disclosures, and formal partnership references, the platform must be described accurately as "built by CoverPrime". No other corporate origin, parentage, or development source may be attributed.
ARTICLE IX: DIGITAL REAL ESTATE AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
Section 9.01. Registration Restrictions. No external entity, user, or partner shall register, attempt to register, or maintain ownership over any domain names, subdomains, social media handles, trademarks, or mobile application names that incorporate the string "myPeer," or any phonetically or visually confusing variations thereof, without the prior, express written authorization of the Company's Legal Department.
